We're hiring school bus drivers to support routes in Parkland County and surrounding communities. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and take pride in doing the job properly, we want to hear from you.
Guardian drivers are trusted with more than a vehicle. You're responsible for the safety, routine, and daily experience of the students on your route. We take that responsibility seriously, and we support our drivers accordingly.

The Role
As a Guardian driver, you will:
Operate an assigned school bus route safely and on schedule
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Follow all provincial, division, and company safety procedures
Communicate clearly with dispatch and operations
Maintain a calm, respectful environment for students

School Bus Aide (special needs route)
Position Title: School Bus Aide
Employment Type: Part time
Rides alongside an assigned driver to provide student supervision, boarding and unloading assistance, mobility device securement, and behavioural support - particularly for students requiring additional support - under the Guardian Bus Lines Ltd. Safety Fitness Certificate. Does not operate the vehicle.
School Bus Driver (special needs route)
Position Title: School Bus Driver
Employment Type: Full time school year
Operates a Company school bus safely and in full regulatory compliance to transport students between home and school on an assigned route, and on charter or extracurricular trips as assigned, under the Guardian Bus Lines Ltd. Safety Fitness Certificate. Works alongside an assigned aide on routes where additional student support is required.
Spare driver
Position Title: Spare School Bus Driver
Employment Type: Spare / on call
Covers school routes, charters, and extracurricular trips when regular drivers are away. Operates a Company school bus safely and in full regulatory compliance to transport students between home and school on an assigned route, and on charter or extracurricular trips as assigned, under the Guardian Bus Lines Ltd. Safety Fitness Certificate.
