How do I rent a school bus from Guardian Bus Lines?

Do you rent school buses without a driver?

What kind of bus will I get when I rent a school bus?
A yellow school bus from our own diesel or electric fleet, sized to your group. Guardian doesn't operate motorcoaches or highway charter coaches - every rental is a genuine school bus with a Guardian driver.
What can I rent a school bus for?
Field trips, sports teams and clubs, daycare and out-of-school-care outings, weddings and special events, workforce and corporate shuttles, Christmas light tours, and community or municipal events.
How far in advance should I book a school bus rental?
As early as possible, especially during peak school-trip and event seasons - but we'll always do what we can for shorter-notice requests. Submit a quote request with your date and we'll confirm availability directly.
How many people fit on a school bus?
It depends on the bus and the age of your group. Younger students fit more per seat than teens or adults, and luggage, equipment, winter clothing, and accessibility needs all reduce usable seating. Give us your headcount in the quote form and we'll confirm how many buses your group needs.
Is there a washroom on the bus?
No. School buses don't have onboard washrooms. For longer trips, plan a washroom stop along the way and mention it in your quote request so we can build it into the timing.
What if our plans change on the day?
Call our office at (587) 407-2900 and we'll pass the change to your driver. Whether we can accommodate a later pickup or a longer trip depends on the bus and driver schedule that day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed with your booking. If your plans change, let us know as early as you can so we can free up the bus for another group.
